| Power Auras addon. set it up to show something you can't miss (I use test right on top of my character) whenever your shields are off. I use the same thing with inner fire- using 2 icons, one which shows up if I have <10 charges remaining and one if it's run off completely. |

| well i use and addon mikscroll battletext it says when someting is offcd and when someting procs and stuff but when its in raid env i bearly can see whats writen by trying to watch the boss whats writen and stuff hehe but shields up .this can be enough tought there was some kinda macro to do this. ^_^ |

I use Smartbuffs for alot of my buffs.
Not played about with automatic buffing of shaman shields (I just bind it to auto buff with my scroll wheel when its running low) but on my mage I know it will auto buff AI based on settings I have already keyed.
It warns so you can manually buff it and then after a set time it will buff it for you if you havent refreshed the buff. |

| yes bro i got shields up but sometimes the noise dosnt come out or i dont hear it or vent is too loud O_o or im geting deft or how its writen damn need to go to school again o_O |

It takes time to cast Lightning Shield (global cooldown). And you don't need to refresh that every 8 seconds, so that's a waste of 1 sec in which you could DPS. |

/castsequence reset=[number]/combat/target [Spell1], [Spell2], [Spell3]
Spamming this will cast the listed spells in sequence. The sequennce will reset by your preference, when you change combat state, when you change targets or after a set amount of time ( [number] ).
Else
/cast [Spell1]
/cast [Spell2]
or
/use [Item1]
if at least one of them is off the GCD (like a trinket or Vanish). |

| You can have macro which will cast both spells but you need to press the button to times anyway. If spell or skill activates gcd you cannot cast 2 of those with one button press. |
