Members that have earned their spot, but are not raiding anymore for any number of personal reasons. These members are still allowed to raid ocasionally when there is a spot for them. Their primary role however is to lead the cheer! As such they are an important part of the social fabric of the guild.
Signing up is optional, getting a raidspot is not guaranteed, Partial Roll Rights.
Attain rank: If you take a long-term break from raiding, but still want to be a part of our community. The officers and GM will review if someone deserves this rank.
Lose rank: If you want to get back to regular raiding you can apply for a demotion back to member. Long-term inactivity on forums and/or in game will lead to a guildkick though, this rank is not here to keep your spot in the guild save, but for you to contribute in other ways when raiding/signing is not an option for you. |
I must admite Nikia, over the period where you have been in the guild I have never really socialised much with you, nor have I seen you do much socialising (I might be wrong). Also you've been on at least more than one long break while you've been here thus in totalt time you havent really been here much.
Also if your going to be on a break and not being online, then whats the point of getting cheerleader? It's stated in the definition that the rank is not there to keep your spot in the guild, and if your inactive and/or not social you will end up being kicked from the guild anyways.
Im not saying that I have made the final decission, the officers are still speaking about this, and we are open to more peoples arguments as to wether you should have Cheerleader rank or not.

I will vouch.

Hi Nikkia
Sorry for the slow reply, but my internet has been acting weird lately.
I would like to accept you for Cheerleader rank in the guild, so as long as you dont go completely inactive for ever and ever then you will keep the rank untill you might have time to play with us again.
Have fun!
