Do you have to be level 80 in which to apply for your guild?

I may not have "right" to post here as a trial but, why should a none lvl 80 apply to a RAIDING guild?

Erm.. So you are saying that they did not raid in Vanilla and TBC?  I think that he just wants to know if you can apply as Social until he has reached level 80, but then again, thats just what I think..
