This is true, but isn't that just sad? Surely no one in EoL plays this game to make RL money. If the upset feelings for 2.4 has to do with devaluation of ones char, then you really need to take a step back.

dont forget all bosses that drop tokens drop one more, meaning 3 tokens from each boss instead of 2... HUGE gear improvement tbh...
so i'd LOVE to do SSC/TK with my shaman and hunter some more to get those lovely T5 gear even faster hehehe

I can't wait for 2.4 to be honest, and if anyone's moaning about the attunements being abolished, just wave the shiney new title in their face and tell 'em to shut it.
