Just like to ask is there any tailor in EoL who can craft blasting set, im gathering mats for those atm and like to get least belt soon?

Only the belt is craftable and BoE the other part (boots) are a BoE recipe and BoP item.

Some of our tailors can make the belt of blasting yeah, Velana and some other ones
