the playing field is not level ladies and gents, archi yesterday was not the same fight it was 3 months ago. Important factors being...
a/ welfare epics (don't knock them - i'm have most of them  ) making high stam much easier to achieve if you didn't luck out on the tier rolls
b/ tremor totem pulse reduced to every 3 seconds in the last patch. Effectively this turns it from an unreliable tool into a reliable one i.e. only one attempt in 10 am i actually having to use my trinket. Previous to this change i would probably have been feared out of range every 2 to 3 fears.
it's not so much that he got nerfed, but we got buffed and a broken totem got fixed.
I conclude from this that my small part in downing archi last night does not make me a wow deity it merely makes me a lucky goat (but if you want to sacrifice your gods to me thats just fine  )

Nah i agree Jeal 100% thats exactly true!

True Jealousy.. I remember the Russion roulette with the totems eventho we used only 1 sham..
Still good job tho.. Anyone can fuck up that fight no matter how well geared you are

I believe it's fair to say that we simply needed to lose some of the weight the guild had been putting on. Kael'thas was the first real fight where absolutely nobody could slack an inch (for us). And because it tested everyone we did find some weak spots that needed fixing. It took a while to fix though
After we downed him for the first time we rotated in a lot of new people which was a mistake in hindsight, because it exposed more of the weaker part of the guild to a fight that (still) is very unforgiving.
It took us a while to recover, but we learned from it and came out stronger. Hopefully we won't repeat at least some of the mistakes we made earlier :-)

Indeed gratz guy's on everything you've managed to achieve its geniunely impressive to have watched you guy's go from being this tiny little guild to the phalanx (i love that word) of well rounded little soldiers you are now.
