I know these things are tedious and annoying (god knows I hate them) but it really helps your chances if you add as much information as you can.

As Feli states the application looks a bit short, but that might be caused be the leaving out of the questions.

On the other hand you have pretty good references and we do need resto shamans, so you're in for a two week trial. Try and get some instancing and RP done with some of the officers (Councilmembers, Magistrates and Chosen) so we can evaluate you after the two weeks.
