Hey there Dida.
Your application have been discussed with some of the other officers and we agreed that we would like you stay cheerleader for a couple of weeks and then you can sign up and Liesje will plan you in when ever it's possible, and the encounter we are meeting allowes it.
Your application will therefor be put on hold till your more geared to be taken up as initiate.
Hope your okay with this answer and will start signing up for raids as soon as possible.

Sure np. As i said I know my gear isn't up for your progression raids, but I felt I was starting to reach a treshold on gear upgrades without raiding, and even though I tried getting in to Ulduar 10/25 and ToC10 for weeks, the raids going are either full on tanks, only doing the first few bosses for weekly raid quest or not beeing able to start at all. So that is why I applied now.
If I can get in some of the easier raids to gear up, I'm more than happy to do that, as that is what I was mainly hopeing to do at first with this application anyway

Just thought I add, that according to wow heroes, my gear is now better than most initiates, and also better than the gear to some of our members.
Next upgrade from emblems will come before end of the week, assuming I get to kill atleast 4 bosses in ICC. That upgrade will put my unbuffed hp up to around 37.8k.

Could you please be abit more specific what those differences are in this case?
What is the differences between Dida and say the last Warrior tank initiate we have? (Rusunsus)

Dida applied after Rus..... and Rus is still up for trial, and so there isn't room for her ta the moment.
This is not a decission I take single handed, rather Dida is ready to be taken in is something Emee/I will discuss with Dida and Jaenus, ourselves
