What are your primary roles during a raid? DPS

Can you tell us about your previous raiding experiences? .Well I started to play at the begining of WOTLK, so my raiding experience is Naxxramas (Cleared), Ulduar (Cleared) and done som bosses at ToC. Then for fun sake with old guilds we did zul gurub and others in vanilla

Can you raid during our raid times? 19:00 to 23:00 on all days, except saturday.. Almost everyday. I got studies but I might fit it in all right

How many raids a week are you willing to participate in and can you commit to those raids a couple of days upfront? .3-4 raids a week and yes

What (difficult) achievements do you have that you consider relevant to the application? Why? .Non that I know of but you can check my armory later on when it's not offline

What kind of computer hardware do you use? How many FPS are you getting in Dalaran and (raid) instances? .I'm on a gaming laptop. Got 60 fps in dalaran and 60 fps in raids

Do you ever have latency problems? No not really im on 100mbit FiberLAN

When did you start playing WoW? Around the begining of WOTLK

What areas do you think you could improve in and why?. I sure could improve in everything cause i haven't played since we downed Ulduar

PvE, PvP and RP? Which aspect(s) of the game you like better in which descending order and why? .PVE. I love the feeling of getting achivements and compete against the world

How often (roughly) do you play WoW? (hours/day) .I used to play 8 hours a day know I only play when i have the time

Do you share your account with anybody? No

What are your previous guilds on this server and reasons for leaving them? .Menace = Got kicked cause inactivity. Conscience = Left because lack of time. And some other guilds that im sure doesn't exsist right now

Why do you want to join the Echoes of Lordaeron? To play with the best you become the best. I like that you keep everything organised and I.M.O I think you are the best guild for Alliance in SSL. Im also eager to learn more!

Why do you think we should choose you? I'm a fast learner. I learn tactics and rotations very fast. Im also very kind and fair to everybody. Thats about it i think.

Who can we contact for reference*? Hmm thats hard to answer cause I don't know who is playing now-a-days.

The fact you've taken a 6 month break however will make you a behind on gear/experience, and as we are only looking for exceptional applicants at this time, that may ultimately be your let down. But I'll let Xulgos and Miriel delve further.

Dear Bleroti,

Thank you for applying to EoL's team of Death Knights. This is not an easy thing to do and I speak out of my own experience.

At the moment the team is full on Death Knights, both DPS and Tanks. The recruiter has called for a stop on recruiting. At this moment in time we will take on only exceptional players in skill, attitude, knowledge and gear.

Though I am not knowledgeable on the first three, your absence of a few months (and no, i've not taken a look at your armory yet) indicates that you are behind on gear and as such would not be able to compete with our current in guild DPS player, since you'd not only be competing with other Death Knights over a spot, but all the other DPS'sers as well. (Yes, I require my team to out DPS every other class in the guild. I'm demaning that way!)

So, in a quick 5 second vieuw on your application my first reaction is that it will be hard for me to advice the recruiter to accept you into the guild for a trial.

Though: I've not yet taken a good look on your character and as such I've yet to give my advice. A more in debt assessment of your character will follow and my advice to the recruiter as well. If you'd wish me to do so, of course.

i remember that name Anapuna a rogue right? if so i was in the same guild as him with a hunter named Pojke (i was a nab low lvl) when i first came to this server. over 6 months ago so you must have been active then.

anyway gear, experiance, gems are all outdated.
i would advice you to farm Heroics and get the new gear you can get from it, T9 and badge loot! That will work wonders for you

spec is fine, but lose the 2 points in frost and get 2 in Morbidity!

Then, here goes.

Do take in notice that everything written here is ment to help you improve your game. To improve you need to get pointed out weaknesses and adviced on strengths. So no, this is not a flame post
That being said:

Gear: Your gear is outdated. You simply can't compete with the current items around. Though the items were allright at the point you left. If you would run random heroics, you'd be getting way better gear indeed. Also you seem to be focussing on Attack power when it comes to gemming/enchanting. My advice is to change that to Strength (or Armorpenetration back in those days) focussing. Also I'm having my quesitons about chosing haste on your cloak. Stacking haste has little to no use to my experience. At least not in that minor boost.

Talents: Your bloodspec looks like pre ICC indeed. Not a bad one at all. Thing is, back then to make blood dps really effective, people were stacking armorpenetration, something that is not as viable as it was right now. (still not bad, just not that good anymore). Giving me the impression that you didn't know that at that time or you purpously chose to take the AP path.
Your glyphs seem ok.
You do seem to have only 1 spec, showing me that you havn't bothered or been able to get dualspec. This is a little show to me that you wern't that dedicated to your deathknight at time, and might have treated it as an alt to your main. EoL requires dedicated main DK's.

Reputation: Revered with most. Shows that you did put the effort in and knew it was important. Work still to be done though.

Experience: You quit playing after ulduar. It shows. Most experience is with 25 man, showing that you were reasonably active during those days. (on your DK at least). Things have changed a lot since then, you'd have to read up on a lot. Not just instances, but changes to your class as well.
You started playing again on the 28th of jan 2010 after being away from 11 aug 2009. This is a big gap to fill.

In general:
You come back online and instantly apply to EoL, while not being up to speed. My advice is first to get up to minimum ICC raiding requirements before trying to apply again. This goes for gear and overall knowledge of instances and your class.

My advice to the recruiter:

We are full on DK's at the moment and are only taking on exceptional good candidates. This one is not up to speed with minimum requirements and as such I advice to decline and offer to reapply when up to speed.
