Just correcting the assumption that GS is a useful checker for any spec. And I did this because you did specifically say 'for Enhancement', not even 'for Enhancement or Elemental' or simply 'for Shaman'.

Gearscore is just a bad addon.

It's for lazy, shouting people to kick people from their failed, shitty pug raids based on an arbitrary number rather than on an actual judgement of their gear/spec/whatever.

It's pointless and stupid and anybody with it installed needs to get their head checked.

But actually, it can be useful to give a brief first impression. You wouldn't want someone with a naxx-level gearscore to come tank ICC10 for you, regardless of skill. It's the way the addon is used by scrubs and the resulting score is given wayyy too much weight when trying to evaluate someone.

As i play a little enhancement myself, i'll just throw in couple comments, since enhancement gear is available to be seen atm.
A lot of items with no enchants and gemming.
Helmet - missing meta gem and 1 slot
shoulders - missing 1 slot gem
chest - missing 3 slot gems and enchantment
belt - missing 1 slot gem and belt buckle
pants - missing 2 slot gems
boots - missing 1 slot gem
gloves - missing enchantment
cloak - missing enchantment

Haste rating is very low. At the moment i'm under the impression that gemming should be all haste based. Dream propably can confirm this since enha gemming seems to change every week how it's supposed to be done.
i'd say too much arp, it's one of the worst stats to have. This of course is somewhat forced with all the hunter mail gear, gearing for enhancement just needs prechecking and very precise drops. Bridging from this Needle-encrusted Scorpion is hunter, combat rogue and maybe arms warrior trinket only, many many better options with easier to attain status out there.

Spec and glyphs i'll leave to dream since his own reflect the high-end raiding ones, mine is slacking.

Healing? Ye keybindings are like mandatory >_> Or u use Healbot.
DPS? Not needed might be nice to have a couple for Oshit moments so u dont have to move to far but not mandatory.
For tank? Not mandatory but waaaaaaaaaaay better ...

I'd say definately keep the hit trinket.. loose the arp trinket for the haste/ap one.

I dont agree on this btw since he is alrdy hit capped so the 114crit stat is verry nice and the arp proc provides him also slight more dps(still the trinket is crap but against the hit one its a winner go farm OS hehe that trinket is also verry nice:P)

And he isnt gemmed and stuff since if im correct his MS is elle shammy
