i healed in tbc and everything from naxx 10 to some in uld10/25 + toc 10/25 without keybinds i was pawning hps all the same. against healers with much better gear then me.
on a druid if you want to know. never had any problems although dps is a bitch without keybinds. healbot? never tried, always thought that was for slackers only? dont know what it does. but lets leave that for another topic.

I first start useing keybinds when tanking in TBC. All of the sudden I had to click more than one icon at the time and that didn't really work out all that well, after a while I started to use some on Dida/Eidelon too.

Now I use a mix of keybinds and clicking on all of my chars and that works fine for me. I don't have long enough fingers to bind everything, so things I don't use so often like trinkets and other long CD are clicked, while abilities I use all the time I have keybound.
