Gear: Look alright to me. Yes I know you use some PvP items but those PvP items arendt complete rubish! Only thing is ... that shield as you said its horrid! Stats look fine aswell bit low on haste though.

Spec / glyphs: All fine.

Gems / enchants: All fine. Bit dubious ( ?? ) wep enchant. Some prefer the int it gives ( I use it aswell myself ) some prefer the tiny bit of SP the 67SP one gives.

Experience: All fine pretty much all we can ask

UI: Cant judge it but u use PP wich is one of the few req's.

Proffesions: Aint ideal proffs ( BS + JC are Best ) but still two raiding proffs leveled to the req lvl ^^

Id say: Take him to fill up the Hteam!

I like my wep enchant =) It is good since I still have some gear to fill. Then im not that into SP anyways so 30int is good imo. I will get my haste up asap I get some more money so I can buy the ilvl 264 legs from BS. and ya, the shield gtfo with it! ^^

It doesnt matter that much about the int on wep*
since holydins have Holy Guidance(Increase sp by Int) I only loose like 20/30sp which are fine.

As Galsif already suggested for you, JC & BS are the best professions for a Holy Paladin, I believe the reason why Enchanting isn´t that good is because Paladin´s arn´t in that kind of need of SP but instead you need lots of Intellect, which you get from JC & BS.

Also, if I´m not mistaken, isn´t the crafted mail legs better? I think I heard that from Ellee/Derdrui?
