Dear Laz,
I think you been a great assist to the guild in the past, and i think you caused alot of sorrow too, however i have always seen where you coming from, in my eyes you just handled it in the wrong way.
That said, i would like to Vouch for you.
As a cheerleader you can be what you wanna be with us and i bet Carina would love to see you with a pair of pompoms

Cheerleader decisions are usually made by the recruitment officer (or assistant) In this case we decided I'd be the one to take care of it.
The decision on a cheerleader application is based on duration of membership, level of activeness over that time period, participation in the guild's social side and overall attitude.
We can check off the duration of membership and participation in social without a doubt. Activeness level less so, but that's no breaking point either. Your overall attitude is. I remember the good times. The past year remembering those good times was the only thing that was preventing you from a guildkick on multiple occasions. There's a saying "You don't bite the hand that feeds you." Obviously we're not feeding you, but that's not what this is about. You are well-liked by various members. But the hands that are running this guild have been bitten over and over by you. The past months, I could almost say the past year, you've been countering a lot of what we say and do, you've attacked us openly, and skirted the boundaries of the guilds rules only to flaunt them back in our face.
Overall the feeling that we, the officers have is that your membership of EoL has done more harm than good this past year.
I am still sorry to see it end this way. I do remember the good times and I wish it could be like that again. But I don't see it happen anymore. At this moment you do not have what it takes to cheer in EoL.
On this basis we have decided to decline your application for cheerleader.
You now have 2 options:
* Work yourself back from limbo to member. You know the terms for that.
* Leave the guild.
If you do not start in either path I will remove you in a weeks time.

Guild Mistress

I can't help but feel a little disappointed. I've asked for a social spot within the guild to keep in touch with the people i know and love (well like) and you've declined me that. I can accept i caused issues, and i can accept the officer team has little love for me. But to decline me and say raid or get out then refuse me a social spot altogether seems.... harsh?
The guilds just announced its stopping raiding once cataclysm hits and i don't feel the desire or need to raid as hard as i used to. You're willing for me to raid within the guild but you're not willing for me to remain a social part of the guild.
As i said before, i wish to remain in contact with the players I've enjoyed raiding with and talking to (and in some cases PvP'ed with) and retain a social rank. Is it as simple as; raid and be unhappy but get to talk to your friends or get the fuck out the guild?

Actually rather not. But I'm shite at being definite.
This decision is definite though and given you the option to redeem yourself out of limbo is a hollow one I shouldn't have even have bothered with cause it's an option neither of us want.

I gotta admit that he has a point now. He's been loyal to eol despite his behavior and it seems that he just wants a spot to be able to chat with his friends. If he's willing to stop insulting people and causing trouble I suggest reconsideration of the matter.
It's not that he deserves the spot or anything, but oh well it wouldn't hurt imo (and that's coming from someone that hates his guts).

Don't see why he couldn't stay tbh *shrug* as a cheerleader he doesn't have to whine about the things he doesn't like about the guild and can just chat with the people that do want him there which still appears to be a fair amount. Though yeah the history is there.
