just to keep your feet on the ground - yes these new items are generally imba BUT they mostly drop from the new 25 man instance which is supposed to be harder than BT - i.e. it may be a while before we see them.

Major posatives though (and i've only really looked at the mail gear) is that the stats and gems slots seem to be a lot better thought out (the enhance shaman gear is actually worth getting so they can stop having to rely on feral tank cast offs). There also seem to be a lot of items that have both spell haste and mp5 (previousy very rare) which means that we will probably end up with one set of gear rather than two (i.e. burst heal vs mana marathon).

There are only two confirmed badge rewards as far as i am aware (cloaks) that are both good but not miles ahead of what is allready available.

The motes and recipies that are new in 2.4 drop off trash in the new 25 man so these may be farmable even if we can't attempt the bosses - and the crafted items are slightly better than t6 it seems to me stat wise but obviously don't have the set bonus. There also seem to be additions to the t6 set - now 8 piece rather than 5.

JEZUZ! I think this is the first trinket that REALY makes a HUGE diference when u put it. OMG common! Its like.... '' Hi Leotheras, this time u have 20 sec to kill me before my trinket activates again'' xD

i can immage my drood who have 50% dodge ATM whit proc on [Commendation of Kael'thas] and [Moroes' Lucky Pocket Watch] then i PEW PEW its like 20 sec try do hit me try to hit me ^^ anyway i use [Moroes' Lucky Pocket Watch] when i have to ress someone and i tank boss mob or who know what this is my trick ... this trinket it was my first epic from kara on Ash and he save my ass to many time and EoL whit me tanking ^^
