Malt Loaf, I really like this, its nice as a snack, can slice it and eat with most spreads like jam, and even just butter mmmm
I also love any fruit cake, the good old christmas cake type, sultanas, raisons, cherries, nuts, everything mmmm !!
Making gateau's is always a challenge i like as a chef. Remember once when I had to make 10 in a few hours
