Hmmm Phase 3 is the easiest phase when it comes to ROS..
Did you lose the MT or did you slack on the raidhealing?
Im sure you had NR pots on the raid so that can't be it..
Soulstones and Cr's will make the Aura start over again so it can be a winner..
Mother is a really easy fight but takes major preparations for sure.
Council ain't that hard tbh just takes full focus for 15 minutes..
You will enjoy Illi for sure and in time you will learn to enjoy Archi 
He's a bitch but it just takes time to learn what not to do ..
Im sure we can sort you out with some more Hearts if your are needy.
Estergon will gladly negogiate a sweet deal with you
About the Gkick button. Are you saying we are or?
We rarely ever kick a player.. sure a trial doesnt work out every now and then but that's about it.

Well,the day we reach RoS to 27% in phase 3,the problem was that we had only one lock,if i remember right,so only 1 soulstone up,but still phase 3 wasnt that hard,it was just our first try in phase 3

Dunno, I wasn't there. My guess is it was mostly people panicking because they didn't quite expect to get there that fast 
We only got him to stage 3 once, the first night we were there.
I'm sure we can repeat that though :-)

Not really commenting on you, as I have no idea how CC works in that regard
Just mentioning that we could be tougher on people sometimes.

P3 is very easy indeed.
MT just needs to make suer he doesnt get pawned by that nasty attack that converts rage into damage.
Druids save their tranq for when it rlly starts ticking and just tank and spank away.
I do recall salva being a must on this boss though

Casual. 6 nights a week of raiding but over 70 ppl to feed.

Guild as a whole is hardcore, 7 days of raiding a week.
But individually it's mostly casual.

the main problem is that i did 1 big mistake...i transfered my acc to Ru zone..and the quality of the game and service here is 0...even below that..and couple of months ago i deleted everything and left wow =\
