Guess the title tells everything. Share us with your keybindings!

Some of us are "clickers" while others insist on binding every single talent and skill to a button. I'm kinda between them. Which are you?

I'll start with Naha'a:

WASD movement

§ = self target
1 = Hunter's Mark
2 = Auto-shoot
3 = Concussive Shot
4 = Multi-Shot
5 = Arcane Shot
6 = Feign Death
7 = Viper Sting
8 = Explosive Trap
9 = Volley

Additional Buttons:

T = Wing Clip
X = Raptor Strike
C = Bestial Wrath
E = Intimidation
F = Steadyshot-Autoshot macro
G = Freezing Trap
Z = Kill Command
V = Aimed Shot
Q = Serpent Sting
Mouse4 = Aspect of the Cheetah
Mouse5 = Aspect of the Hawk

So as you can see, I don't use Q and E for strafing like most do. I use my mouse.

On pally i just have an interface that makes clicking a lot easy, but i still use 1,2,3,4 where
1. Attack
2. Seal Of Righteous
3. Judgement
4. Hammer of Justice

On warlock

1. Wand
2. Shadowbolt
3. Macro for curses
4. Deathcoil
5. Fear

Rest are clicks

Hunter

1. Autoshot
2. Macro for Petattack/Mark, Arcaneshot
3. Viper Sting
4. Arcane-Shoot
5. Hunters Mark
6. Concussive Shot
7. Multishot

Additional buttons
Q= Freezing Trap
E= Feign Death

That's about it, rest are clicks :P

Hmm.

I use for movement:

W - Forward
S - Backwards
D - Strafe right
A - Strafe left.

Mouse to turn. Keyboard turning is to slow (used to do it) and now find useing mouse so much more easier.

Abilities:

(I used to be 100% mouse clicker up till start of this year when I tryed bindings out, can't go back now, just takes me a while to setup what to use )

Shaman:

1 - Both trinkets
2 and 3 (shift and ctrl 2 and 3) = Healing wave rank 7 - 12.
4 (shift and ctrl) Chain Heal Ranks 2, 4, 5
5 (shift) Lesser healing wave 5 and 7.
` - Nature switness + rank 12 healing wave.

Q, shift Q, Ctrl Q - Grounding, Earthbind, Tremor
E, shift E, Ctrl E - Earthshock (rank 1 when target of target like boss), Frist shock, Flame shock.
R. shift R, ctrl R - Water shield, Earth shield, Lightening shield.
F, Shift F, ctrl F - Purge, Cure Poison, Cure Disease

Havent bound anything else as dont use them in raids. Other totems are just easily clicked from a mod.

I'll list the keybinds i actually use, 5-0 is mostly keybinded but i don't use that buttons for example or got them on secondary keybinds too.

This is mostly for PvP. some hotkeys aren't binded atm. since i just switched some around. with PvE 2 changes in either conflagrate or unstable affliction and the dotmacro on 3 changes into immolate if i'm destro. else i just click Immolate, got more then enough time for that.

Movement:

Right, sometimes also left mousebutton

Standard Spells and stuff:
1 = Fear
2 = Drain Mana
3 = dotmacro (Corruption/Siphon Life)
4 = Maincurse (CoA, sometimes CoE/CoS)

Shift+1 = Howl of Terror
Shift+2 = Deathcoil
Shift+3 = CoE
Shift+4 = CoT
Shift+F = Devour set target (specific name)
Shift+R = Immolate
Shift+C = Fel domination/Summon Voidwalker macro (lifesafe button)
C = Use Healthstone
Shift+Space = Devour Mouseover Target

Alt+1 = Focus Target
Alt+2 = Silence/Seduce Focus Target
Alt+3 = Devour on Self
Alt+4 = Soullink/Shadowburn, but gonna put a nice totemkill macro on it i think.

Ctrl+1 = Petattack
Ctrl+2 = Petfollow
my pet is almost always on passive

Mouse:
Mousebutton (4) side = PvP Trinket
Mousebutton (5) side = Escape Artist
Middle Mousebutton = Shadowbolt

In the meanwhile i just click stuff like, lifetap, darkpact, different summons and buffs and devouring an enemy and i just put such kinda buttons on places i can reach them quickly.

I feel like some wierdo in this thread :D

I have no other keybindings than the standard UI quickbar (1 line). Most of the casting involves spamming 1,2,3,4,5,6....

The spells that I use bit less are either 1 bar "up" or "down". I can quickly scroll trough them via Shift + Mouse Scroll. I also switch them arround according to the occasion (Raid, solo, PvP).

I do have, I think, ~5 additional buttons on my mouse tho. But I use them for rather casual stuff like auto-run and minion control (Yes, that's right...minion. Locks don't have pets :P).


As for the turn / strafe / movement. I use WADS, but since 95% of the time I'm holding down the right mouse button for maximum maneuverability and awareness of the surroundings, I also strafe with A and D.

I remember in one of our last raids we were discussing dps rotations. And well….one of the warlocks rotation is just Shadowbolt spam he said.

Raidmember says (Liesje can probably guess who): wtf easymode 1button class.
Warlock: Buttons? Nah… Got SB binded to my scrollbutton on my mouse.

Sigh…and he still manages to get in the top5 of dps
